The Problem with Playboys

My review: 4.5 sizzling and sweet ā

Have I been missing out on this delightful author all these years!? Thank you Booksprout for introducing me to an author I am going to want to read again and again, and not just because this book left me on a cliffhanger and I kinda have to šŸ˜
Chloe – self-assured, bad ass celebrity publicist.
Parker, Parker, Parker – he’s everything I want in a sports agent that’s a cocky, arrogant playboy. Even though Parker is the perfect playboy name, is that really who he is deep down inside?

They are soon to be ex-stepsiblings due to the short marriage of his father to her mother when they meet. Soon, Parker needs Chloe’s expertise when his client is caught in a scandal. The chemistry between them is undeniable from the start and luckily we don’t have to wait too long to get some sizzling action.
I love that the chapters are split up to follow both of their thoughts and feelings.
Overall, this is very well written with some great steamy scenes and a good mystery that we’ll have to wait until the trilogy is over to see how it all plays out. I look forward to reading the next books that will not only follow Chloe’s bff’s, Taylor and Alexandra, but more secrets from the Little Black Book.

Side bar – I like my book covers to come close to matching the descriptions I get of the characters and this one falls short. Chloe has red hair, but the cover shows a blond.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

If sheā€™s going to win this social media battle, she needs to resist distractions from Parker the playboy, who is off-limits for so many reasons. But a business trip to Miami leads to her breaking her rules with a guy who might break her heart. And then sheā€™s caught in Little Black Bookā€™s crosshairs herselfā€¦
