My review:
Weāre back to catch up with Ellie and all the Lindisfarne folks. Whether itās animals or orphans they are always welcomingā¦unless youāre a mean old hag…she takes the cake for being miserable and rude.
The orphan in this case is Kittie, a 16 year old who recently lost her mom in an accident. Her mom always spoke about the island fondly, and particularly about one visit she had about 17 years ago. Hmmm. Of course everyone will do all they can to help her. I was thrilled with the outcome for her, even if itās a bit open ended.
Ellie & Zenās relationship is progressing nicely. They are just as adorable as all the new baby animals that have been adopted.
Overall, the blurb tells it perfectly ~ it is full of heart and it will leave you with a wide smile and a warm glow.
